    2018-19 Student Fees All students must pay fees at registration each year. 

    Bullying Policy Harassment, intimidation or bullying and acts of cyberbullying by students, staff and third parties toward students is strictly prohibited. If you need to report bullying, please use the reporting form found in this section.

    Chromebook Contract Chromebooks are available in the library for students to check out on a daily basis. They must be returned at the end of the school day. Students must have a current signed contract on file with the library each year.  

    District Internet Use Policy We provide access to the internet for all students. Learn what we expect from you. 

    Dress Code The high school dress code policy and consequences for violations. 

    Extra-Curricular Participation Packet Includes Code of Conduct Form, Emergency Procedures, Proof of Insurance Form, Student Driver/Rider Permission Form. 

    Facilities & Equipment Use Form
    Use this form to request the use of any of our school buildings, parking lot or equipment. 

    Financial Aid Request for Student Activity Fees If you qualify for free or reduced lunch, or are experiencing exceptional adverse circumstances, you can request assistance with student activity fees by completing a financial aid request form.  

    Grading & Course Change Policy Learn about grading practices, grade changes and dropping a class.

    *New practices concerning scheduling choices and changes: While most schedule change requests must be made by the end of the first full week of each trimester, seniors must commit to their annual schedules by the last five school days in October. Learn about schedule change guidelines and deadlines, what happens after a class is dropped, other scheduling clarifications and required classes for senior year.

    Honors Contract Must be signed and on file by end of the first two weeks of each trimester. 

    Medication Authorization Must be completed to authorize our staff to administer student medication. 

    Self-Medication Agreement Must be completed so that students may self-administer prescription and nonprescription medication. 

    Parking Policy & Application Parking on campus is only allowed with a parking permit, for which you must reapply each year. 

    Plagiarism Policy Plagiarism is not tolerated. Learn what offenses are included in the policy and the related consequences. 

    Prearranged Absence Form Complete this form if students will be absent for an extended period. 

    Schedule Change Request Form Click to request changes to your class schedule, during the specified time period. 

    Service Learning Record Sheet Complete this form to claim your 90 required service hours as you accrue them.
