Student Investment Account

SIA Application 

The Student Investment Account is part of the Student Success Act. When implemented for the 2020-21 academic year, the Student Investment Account is estimated to provide close to a $500 million investment directly to Oregon school districts and eligible charter schools. The Student Investment Account is a non-competitive grant program and the purpose is to 1) meet students' mental and behavioral needs and 2) Increase academic achievement, reducing disparities for students of color, students with disabilities, emerging bilingual students, navigating poverty, homelessness and foster care and other student groups who have historically experienced academic disparities.
