Firearms Prohibited on RSD Grounds

Firearms are prohibited on RSD school grounds, unless specifically authorized by state or federal law. The affirmative defense described in ORS 166.370(3)(g) (concealed carry licensees) does not apply to the possession of firearms on RSD grounds. See SB 554 (2021) and Board Policy KGBB.
