How to Use MealManage
MealManage can be accessed from a web browser or through its iOS and Android apps. For a step-by-step guide, please view the tutorial videos.

How do I get an account? You will receive a welcome email with instructions. If you don't receive it, please contact the front office.

How do I log in for the first time? Use the registration email or log in at the MealManage portal. Be sure to use the email address you provided to the school. The application will guide you through a one-time password (OTP) authentication process to register your device. You can access tutorial videos here.

I have multiple students. Do I need multiple accounts? No, you can manage all of your students from a single account and dashboard.

How do I add funds to my student's account? View this tutorial video to learn how to add funds to your account.

How do I pre-order meals? Once the menu is published, you can pre-order meals directly from your dashboard. See this video for more information.

Can I edit an order? Yes, you can edit lunch orders up until the cut-off date set by the school. For changes after the cut-off, please contact school admin for assistance.

What about students with allergies? You can record your student's allergies in their profile, which will provide alerts when ordering meals.

Is the payment platform secure? Yes, our payment processing meets industry-standard PCI compliance. Your secure payment information is not stored by MealManage.
