Physical Exam Forms must be completed and signed by the student's physician before they start practice. Each form is good for two years. Because a doctor’s signature is required, you will need to print, scan and upload these forms during online registration or mail to the Athletic Department, located at Riverdale High School, 9727 SW Terwilliger Blvd., Portland, OR 97219. (DO NOT give to the coaches).

Starting on July 1, when registration opens:

Registration

Registration is done online through Family IDPlease remember your username and password to use each season, to avoid creating duplicate profiles. Both returning and new families can register using Family ID. Registration must be completed by the deadlines listed above.

Payment

  • Credit cards*: For RETURNING families who have activated their online payment portal account and are accustomed to using it for payments, feel free to login and pay sports fees online(If your student is entering 9th grade, be sure to shop "Items at all schools" to find high school sports. Our student information system does not roll over to the new school year until sometime in August and your student will still show as an 8th grader at RGS.)
  • Returning families who have never activated their online payment portal accounts can do so online using the email address you have on file with the school. Just follow the steps outlined for First Time Users.
  • NEW families will need to pay the first fees by check (payable to Riverdale School District). Once school begins, you can activate your online account and pay subsequent fees by credit card.
  • Grade school families have time to pay sports fees during the Grade School Registration Fair on Aug. 22 (by check or credit card).
  • High school families, however, must pay before the High School Registration Fair on Aug. 21, because the registration deadline is Aug. 15.
  • Checks can be delivered or mailed to the Athletic Department, located at Riverdale High School, 9727 SW Terwilliger Blvd., Portland, OR 97219. The Athletic Department will reopen on Aug. 12. Grade school families may choose to drop off checks to the RGS main office or the district office, if that's easier.

*There is a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments.

Remember, students will not be able to begin practicing with the team until payments are made.

Financial aid for sports fees is available to those who qualify. View application.
