2020 Fall Sports Registration opens July 20

Online registration for fall sports will begin on Monday, July 20 for the upcoming 2020 Season. Riverdale will structure payments to reduce the need for refunds and better adjust to the various possibilities surrounding this year.

Registration will be through FamilyID. Whether you are new to Riverdale Sports or returning you will need to register for your athlete's sport through FamilyID.  First Time users plan on 30-45 minutes to register as it requires detailed health information.  Returning users will only need to update previously submitted information (appropriately 10 minutes).  Registration will open Monday, July 20th.  All information from coaches will occur after you have registered.  Registration will put you on the coaches email list.

Fee Structure - This year we will be asking families to make payments in phases as we get a clearer picture on what the upcoming season will look like.

  1. Deposit / Registration for Pre-season and Virtual Season - Upon registering for your athlete's sport we will collect a non-refundable deposit/fee that will cover the cost of any pre-season activities and any virtual activities.  This fee will cover coaches stipends and registration fees.  The cost will be $175 at the High School and $150 at the Grade School.

  1. Remainder Fee Payment - Once our season is defined to be either virtual, partial-season or fully implemented payment and amount will be determined at that time.  For example if our season remains just pre-season and virtual no additional payment will be required.  In the event we have a partial season we will set a fee appropriate to the time reflected and make adjustments but will not require the full sports fee.  Finally if we do implement a full season we will collect the remainder of the fee of $175 at the HS and $150 at the GS.

This model of payment will allow us to properly adjust to the financial needs of the season without overcharging and requiring refunds.  The remainder of the fee necessary will be due prior to the first scheduled contest.

Physicals are required EVERY TWO YEARS! This is a Oregon State Law that has not been waived. FamilyID users are able to view their child's last physical exam date (on file) on their profile, so as to know if a new physical is needed. Parents, please schedule your athletes for physicals right away. Athletes will not be allowed to participate without current and up-to-date physicals. All physicals must be on the state approved OSAA form linked below.  You may upload your physical directly to your athlete's registration page
