Library and Supplies Returns

As the year wraps up, all library supplies and art studio supplies, including textbooks, library books, and school-owned Chromebooks must be returned to RHS. Students are receiving email notices listing their checked-out materials. There are several options for students to return their library and textbooks.
  • Students can bring any materials no longer being used (especially texts from trimesters 1 and 2) to hybrid and drop them off on the book return carts at each entrance.
  • Mrs. Hansen will be collecting library materials during our final in-person afternoon, Friday, June 11. Drive through and drop them off!
  • Drive through and drop off library materials on Monday, June 14 from 8:30-12:30

On Friday, June 11 we will have in-person activities to celebrate the end of the school year for grades 9, 10 and 11 in the afternoon. More information will be sent out next week.

College Acceptances

During the 2020–2021 school year, 94% of our senior class applied, was accepted, and plans to attend a 4-year university. Currently, 100% of our graduating class has expressed their intention to enroll in a 4-year, 2-year, or fine arts program.
One of the great things about Riverdale is the diversity of schools to which our student body is attracted to. Our list of acceptances and schools that our students plan to attend are indicative of a well-balanced student body that prioritizes their education over simple name shopping. We have about an even split of students looking for, on the one hand, a larger public, research university, complete with a football or basketball team, and, on the other, students looking for a small to medium-sized liberal arts campus. In addition to the list below, check out our interactive map to see where students are attending.
