No Place for Hate at Riverdale

Facilitators: Riverdale Students, David Thompson & Jack Marvin
No Place for Hate is an opportunity to join the effort at Riverdale to address bias and create a more inclusive school environment. We will share a space together intent on collective learning about identity and bias and how the two interact. We’ll deepen our understanding of equity, inclusion, diversity, and related topics. After completing training, you become part of the schoolwide leadership team, whose focus is to plan events that share your learning with other students. No Place for Hate is a national program from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and has been implemented at over 1,600 schools. This last spring ADL helped us kick-off the effort at Riverdale. We look forward to having you join the team for the 2021-2022 school year!
