COVID-19 Screening Tests: Another Opportunity to Participate

If you haven’t already registered for the weekly OHSU COVID-19 screening tests administered each Wednesday, we’ve made available another opportunity to participate. Families wanting to sign up their students for COVID-19 screening, please email covidconsent@riverdale.k12.or.us as soon as possible. You will receive a separate consent form for each student.

The next round of testing begins on Jan. 19. If you would like to participate in this round, please email covidconsent@riverdale.k12.or.us by Friday, Jan. 7 at 5 p.m.

Your consent forms must be turned in by midnight on Jan. 9 for your student to be tested on Jan. 19.
