Karen Gaffney Assembly

It was such a privilege to have Karen Gaffney come speak with our 5th - 8th graders last week. Karen’s talk blew us all away. The students were so attentive and respectful, you could hear a pin drop. When it came time to ask questions, over 20 students lined up with thoughtful and considerate questions for Karen. Check out some photos from the event below!

Classroom Collaboration

Last week, Art, Music and Library classes were working on a coordinated insect research project with kindergarten and 1st grade classes. The 7th and 8th graders kindly and expertly helped younger students locate information and add it to their reports.
